A member who attended the course and AGM on Saturday 18 December subsequently developed symptoms on Sunday and has since tested positive to COVID-19.

Those persons present, including staff, are deemed to be ‘social contacts’.

• Social contacts: are strongly recommended to get a standard (PCR) test at a testing centre and isolate until you get a negative result. You are a social contact if you have spent time with someone (who doesn’t live with you) who has COVID-19.

The risk is quite low as most activity and exposure was outside, however the member did come inside for the AGM proceedings.

The Course will continue to operate and golf will continue as usual.
