Dear Members,

In order to properly assess Rodger Clarke’s proposal from the AGM to lower the age of eligibility for Senior membership fees, we need to have a full understanding of who may be affected.

As it stands our Member database is somewhat lacking, (we have approximately 77 members born on 1/10/1990) and whilst many of us wish that was the case, it makes it difficult to accurately respond to the proposal.

We ask all Members to check their personal & contact details.

These can be found in the My Information tab and can be updated at anytime by you by clicking on ‘update’ under My Details.

To enable us to accurately establish our true member base profile, we ask that members ensure their date of birth is correct.

Also, to improve communication between the Members and the Club, and ensure that you receive your vouchers and any important notices,  we would appreciate all Members ensuring their email address and contact number is current.
