The VGA Pennant season kicks off this weekend at Box Hill as we begin our journey in Division 5 with what will no doubt be a big Round 1 challenge against The Heritage Golf Club.

We have a strong team this year and should be able to vie for the title against some old and seasoned clubs: Waverley-Churchill, Gisborne, Box Hill, Berwick-Montuna, Mt Derrimut, Box Hill and Goonawarra.

We are always on the lookout for supporters and caddies to assist the team each week, so feel free to put up you hand and offer to support/spectate (some great golf on offer) or caddy (It’s an easy job – basic rules are: show up, keep up, and shut up 😉).

We look forward to seeing a horde of our members down at Box Hill for an 11:15 tee off (10th hole) tomorrow to support The ‘Bats.
